Our Winery, the
Heart of the Project

TRADITION, MEMORY & INNOVATION

Our winery was founded in 1921, when the hands of the first European immigrants raised its adobe walls under the Mendoza sun.

Inspired by the rural architecture of their homelands, Italian and Swiss settlers brought with them an ancient knowledge.

How to use earth, lime, and brick to create spaces where wine could rest in silence and coolness.

The thick walls, wooden doors, brick arch, and the small oculus crowning the façade are not merely aesthetic details — they tell the story of a time when architecture was also part of the wine. Every construction decision had a purpose — to protect from the heat, preserve humidity, allow the grapes to breathe — while also expressing a distinct identity.

Today, more than a century later, that same winery remains the heart of the project.

A place where tradition and memory coexist with innovation, and where the passage of time can be felt in every wall, every brick, and every glass.
